When you choose Family Care, you’re choosing to live life to the fullest! Our immaculate homes were designed for comfort and the well being of our residents and their families. A wide variety of customizable services awaits, each developed and delivered by our skilled staff members to help make life more enjoyable.
We have three homes to choose from located in Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills. Our homes are in great neighborhoods and are reasonably priced. Each home offers its own style to meet your needs.

Our most popular home is located in Nellie Gail Ranch in a friendly community surrounded by horses and trails. We also have a fully covered patio where our residents can enjoy an afternoon nap in the fresh air, overlooking the garden, watching horses, or reading a book.

Mission Viejo, CA 92691
This is our first and original care home recently renovated and located near Mission Viejo Mall and Mission Hospital. The house has an open floor plan, an aviary, and a spacious and sunny back patio.

This California craftsman style home includes a lush front yard with fruit trees and a greenhouse and aviary in the backyard. Located nearby are shops and restaurants, as well as city hall and the local library.​
Services and Programs
Living and Thriving
Assisted Living
Throughout the year, we meet the needs and activities of daily living. This includes bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutritious meals. ​

We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.
Medication Monitoring
Our staff is trained in dementia care, and also in dispensing the physician ordered medications that a resident may need in helping them live peacefully. Medications are ordered and promptly delivered to our homes.

We monitor our residents health, and have doctors, nurses, physical therapy, and even dentists visit our homes as needed.
Nutritional and Dietary Counseling
We provide customizable nutrition and dietary preferences for all our residents. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home. On a monthly basis we update the menu with fresh recipes and have cooking classes for our staff.
Music Therapy
A classically trained musician visits each home once per week to not only entertain residents by playing the piano and singing, but also reinvigorate them with memorable songs from past eras. The musical joy she produces is further amplified on holidays and special occasions.
